Paper Submissions

Submissions should be formatted following the Springer LNCS guidelines, using the Microsoft Word template. The submission via EasyChair should be in the PDF format (file extension .pdf).
As to the paper lengths the following guidelines apply:

  • Full research papers: 16 pages
  • Research in progress papers: 8 pages
  • Product and prototypes papers: 5 pages

These page limits include all related pages (including first page, references, etc.). All submissions (except products & prototypes) must be anonymized for double-blind review.

Research in Progress Papers will be published as a separate conference booklet (copyright remains with the authors). This booklet will be published online and as a printed booklet from the University. For all papers, at least one author has to register for the conference before April 14th 2017.
